To not create nor destroy but to simply redistribute weight matter energy. Allowing for something to transform and shift rather than disperse. To work with what is there rather than contrive from nothing. To either feel recovery from a sense of moving and shifting with clarity and purpose, never settling; or to feel the pull of opposing forces for a sense of moving simoultaneously in two directions to find calm and balance. Entering a room and absorbing the energy in order to transform it or shift it in some other direction. Finding emtional transformation, not in arriving somewhere new but in allowing it to be alive and ever-shifting.
